This survey does not ask the question I want to answer. Even though my gums didn't bleed after a cleaning they were always trying to sell me an antibiotic treatment for my gum problems. It is a treatment that most insurance policies don't cover, and when I asked my doctors about it they had never heard of it. The hygienist said that if I didn't get the treatment then they would have to "refer me" to someone else and I "wouldn't like that at all". Even though I told the hygienist that I did not want this treatment they continued to try to get me to buy it on every visit. I even signed a paper stating that I didn't want it but they still continued to push it. I'm sure they had instructions from their head office to sell as much as possible. When I told them that I was starting to feel bullied the instrument used for the cleaning started squirting boiling water on my gums and the inside of my cheek. The hygienist would not admit that the water was that hot. She said she would turn down the power on the instrument but that would result in water spraying all over my face, which it did. I will never go back there again.

I made an appointment for cleanup as I had to use my insurance benefits before they expire, and all other places were pretty booked or closed during the holiday season. This place only cares about milking money from the insurance. I took an appointment for cleaning. The nurse came over and took X-rays for all teeth, then said that my teeth would need a debritement, and they didnt have time for that. The doctor just came over for less than a minute and paid little attention to what I had to say. She didnt even discuss the X-rays and the general condition of my teeth. So much for the examination. Just made me sign all kinds of form so they could bill the insurance and asked me to take another appointment
