With a busy practice, it is understandable that the wait is going to be long. The waiting room is frequently full of patients to be seen. After 7 weeks of treatment and numerous phone calls to bring up reoccurring concerns, the doctor totally missed a major fracture and didn't want to treat it. When asking for records release for a 2nd opinion, the administration staff were incredibly rude and not helpful. Still didn't get the records after signing a records release and had to go through my family doctor to get the complete treatment record.
