We schedule our appointments early in the morning but we always wait for the Dr. to arrive and begin his day. Generally, the wait is 30 minutes or more after our appointment time, which is very disappointing. He spends less than 10 minutes with each patient for follow ups and doesn't allow time for questions or provide updates for the parents. The reception staff is always polite and professional.
