Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office provided with excellent coffee. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. My son loves it there and the front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this Orthodontist to all my friends and family! My sons teeth were perfectly straight after his invisilign .... The staff and Dr. Kemnitz is very patient and listens to all your questions! He most Def. knows what he is doing and never in a rush. So happy we choose to come here and I would never go any place else!
