They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never had/have a complaint in regards to the service received. Dr Leung is the most gentle dentist I've ever been treated by. One service rendered was a tooth extraction, I felt the pinch of the needle to numb and nothing else afterwards, even three days later. Yes, the adhere to the customer is always right policy. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
