Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Right from the beginning the receptionist was extremely rude. Once my five year was asked to come back into the room, I was told by the rude receptionist that parents are not allowed back in the rooms. After repeatedly telling her that my five year old will not sit back there by himself, she repeatedly told me that once again that parents are not allowed back with their children. I have never heard of a dentist office not allowing parents to go back with their children, especially a young boy who just turned five and has had multiple surgeries because of his cleft lip and palet condition. The receptionist was very unprofessional and I will not be brining my son back to this dentist. Its a shame because the dentist was actually nice, but in a field like dentistry, especially with children, it is highly important to create a safe and warming environment, THIS OFFICE DID NOT!!!I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
