They probably need to update their office equipment sometime soon. Everything seems usable, but is all very old and outdated. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
