We've been trying to see this dentist for a while, but have had to see other dentists in the office due to last minute cancellations/emergencies or something like this. We finally got to see him today, but he did not introduce himself, nor did he explain anything he was going to do to my children. One of my children was afraid of getting an X Ray, and his solution was to have one of his assistants push her down the hallway to the x ray room. When my child refused the X ray and was hysterical, this dentist got in her face and tried to force her to put the mouthpiece in her mouth. He raised his voice and scared my child and me as well. It was not at all what I would expect for a pediatric dentist. He was informed of my child's fear of x rays beforehand, and I can think of a million ways to handle the situation that would have been MUCH better than this. I did not feel safe with them at all. The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I probably wouldn't take kids here.
