I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
