I wish I could give her 5 stars . I am happy with her services but am not so happy with her staff. It is soooo hard to make an appointment with them. When I call it goes to vmail most of the time and the message saids that Kim will call you back but most time I get no call and when I do get a call back it takes weeks to get a call back and with no apology for the delay. Her staff is costing her a lot of business. This happened again this week. I called yesterday morning left a message and did not hear back so I left another message today. My family has been with her for years but she s about to lose our business.
