I had been experiencing pain in the right side of my mouth; the pain had been radiating toward my head and right ear. Upon an oral exam and review of radiographs, Dr. Goldberg discovered that my upper right wisdom tooth had to be removed and was most likely the cause of my pain. I had never experience Novocaine and/or oral surgery before and was nervous about the procedure. Dr. Goldberg and his staff made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return; I have already scheduled my re-evaluation exam for next week as well as my cleaning. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
