They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. During my visit, the orthodontist made sure to check my teeth and answer any questions I might have. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
