Horrible, horrible, horrible dentist office. The dentist was fine, but the office staff are some of the rudest people I have ever met. Every time I would call to schedule an appointment I would get the nastiest women who sounded more than a little uninterested in assisting me. Like they actually wanted me to feel bad for taking up their time. I always received an attitude. Finally, when I decided to switch dentists and told them I was moving, the woman to which I requested my records from gave me the attitude more than ever and said she guesses they would be ready in a couple of days. Assuming they would be giving me my entire record and my original X-rays so my new dentist could care for my teeth properly, I was very wrong. They had provided me with a printout (on computer paper, nonetheless) of my x-rays. Some in which were extremely difficult to see. No records were included. How would this help my new dentist? Especially since I am not due for new x-rays any time soon? Extremely unprofessional staff and business administration. Proceed with caution and good riddance!
