Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are the WORST. I was so uncomfortable I would have rather just stood up to wait for my appointment. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.

On final note. Though I was basically satisfied with this dental experience, they closed with no warning and I had to finish procedures elsewhere. I just asked my Mastercard company to credit money I had paid towards a cap on my root canal. I have to pay all the funds all over again if they do not open soon!
