Caring and fun. This office is colorful, and up to date. There are big flat screen TV's in every room. This practice takes all insurances including medicaid. Dr Ali is wonderful. She is very professional and a great dentist. Dr Heisler is also terrific. The practice also does orthodontics.

I have never had an issue with the Dr. but twice in a row the receptionist was very unprofessional and rude! the first time was on the phone calling me to tell me that my son HAD to come in the following day for a check-up She interrupted me numerous times when I tried to tell her I couldn't make it the next day and asked to bring him another day and responded with an attitude saying no that they would be closed because of thanksgiving which got me upset because I obviously meant another day to when they would be open. The second time actually happened today when I needed to get a paper filled out for my son's school. I walk in to the front desk I see that the receptionist see's me and as I start explaining what I need she looks down and gets on her phone to start texting so I waited until she was done when she asks me "can I help you?" I respond with "seriously? you were texting?" and she had the nerve to say "no" but i ignored it and told her what I needed to get done when she was done filling the paper out she puts it on the desk doesn't say a word to me and picks up a phone call from the office phone. I don't feel comfortable bringing my son to a place where I am not treated with respect. I will definitely be looking for another dentist.
