I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. They always dress professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. After progressively more painful and stressful visits to other dentists, I decided to make the 180 mi round-trip to Dr. Richey. He offers competent and painless dentistry and was able to repair what had been a chronic problem so I no longer make a trip to the dentist every 3 months for a repair job. Now I need only make the trip for an annual check-up. I highly recommend Dr. Richey.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They were decent, but not very affordable
