My complaint is that I was quoted a little over $2000 for 2 crowns and a filing on 3 different teeth, I have dual dental coverage, so my benefit amount for 2 insurances would be $3000 total, I didn't want to exceed this amount and this is why I even got dual dental coverage. I signed a paper indicating that the process was going to cost a little over $2000, but after it was all done, the total was $3813!!! and so I will probably be responsible to pay at the least.... $813 or more! I am so horribly disappointed that I wasn't given the proper quote because I would have never agreed to having all the procedure's done knowing it was going to be that high and that I could be responsible for anything over $1500! I tried to repeated ask the receptionist who mislead me, as to why the price went up about $1600 more than the original price indicated to me. If I would have been given the price that was tallied up at the end of the procedure when I couldn't exchange or take anything back but is being put in a predicament of now having an extra monthly bill that I can NOT afford at this time of my life, as I have been trying to pay medical bills due to cancer treatments and appointments I am still paying on monthly, along with many other obligations I have monthly. I am so disappointed in the mis-communication the receptionist failed to communicate and expects me to now pay! -so extremely wrong. I hate to go to the dentist, because it always seems like they all charge differently and rip off the insurance company and/or patients!!!

I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past and therefore tend to put off dealing with dental issues. My mom sees Dr Quintana and referred me to him. Dr Quintana is wonderful, he is patient, caring, gentle and always listens. I take my children to him as well, he recently had to pull one of my 8 year old's teeth, as permanent ones were coming in behind. My son never even flinched during the shots (front tooth), and I had to go in the next room for my appt right after the shots, and was completely comfortable with Dr doing the tooth extraction with me in the next room, my son did amazing. The office staff is wonderful, very friendly, always remembers all our names etc. Highly recommend
