It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff only seem to care about money. The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I was sent to get xrays twice and they lost me in the office, thought I walked out! After spending almost $100 and 4 hours in this offive nothing was done! I will NEVER go to this office again!!!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do ( I bring my mom and the LAB TECNICHAL MADE THE DENTURE FOR HER... I felt lied to. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong AND HAPPENED, I FELT TIRED TO BRING MY MOM MANY TIMES FOR ADJUSTMENT AND GET FACES & ACTITUDES FOR ALICES THE OFFICES MANAGER..

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
