It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The waiting room is child friendly with a movie running, a mini-arcade in the hall and loaner electronic games. The wait isn't long, but this keeps siblings entertained. The staff holds regular contests for patients, guess how many in the jar or coloring contests with prizes. There are incentives for good "oral hygiene report cards" that are graded at each visit. There are regular electronic communications and reminders for appointments and several convenient billing mechanisms. The doctor does the evaluation exam in front of parents and explains everything to parent and child patient. Only a few procedures require scheduling during school. The doctor sees each patient - it is not an assembly line shop where only the technician sees the patient like some other offices.
