I have been seeing Dr. Jaen for several years now. He is the most painless dentist I have ever had. Always pauses to ask you if you alright during a procedure and lets you know each step . Always shakes hands at the beginning and asks how you are. He is very friendly. The staff are also very friendly and make you feel like they are your family. Also great on emergencies! The only dentist I will ever see!

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
