I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. The office was easy enough to find.
