I waited more than hour. Great place if you have nothing to do.

In the waiting room we meet many patience with poor quality crowns work, was told come back to fix, what was paid, for 4th time. Level of trust in DR decisions was poor, could not explain dental treatment plan or medical condition. Dr. Never listens to the patient, appears to be under stress at all times.
Disorganized office, understaffed, if patient was lucky she would have to wait at least 1 more hour, after the scheduled time. Even if patient came to the office the receptionist (very rude) could send you home, never know.
But the most important quality of work is poor, doctor works on 3-4 patients at the same time, terrifying. Mostly treatments was painful for no reason.
This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. I don't think they care at all about my concerns. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what was going on for me. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment?
Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
