Dr Kassan charges outrageous prices and uses sub-standard materials. Dr Kassan charged me over $2000.00 for an upper plate. Within 2 months I had to replace 3 teeth that broke and 1 month later the entire plate broke in half! To have these things replaced and corrected it cost me a lot of money. Not once did Dr Kassan offer to correct the problems or reduce the cost!! My wife was one his 30 year patients which he so proudly displays in a photo album in his office...yet this is how he treats her husband who pays all the bills!!! Neredless to say he has lost a patient and all the people she has or woulkd have reffered to his office. His office also had the audacity to send me a $45.00 bill and threatend to send it to collections because it was 2 months due!!! After all the thousands of dollars I spent in that office over the years...they never once called to ask why a small bill like that had not been paid! His "secretary" Nancy is also a cold impersonel person who only cares about money as well. BEWARE!!!!!!!
