This man was my orthodontist 25 years ago. I am traumatized til this day from my experience with him. His job was to straighten my teeth, yet it seemed he took out all his frustrations enjoying his time hacking at my gums and deep cleaning my teeth when that was not his job! He was very rough and painful. Constantly slipping his tools onto my gums and cheeks. Going to him was always stressful! I felt defeated and reprimanded by him! He made me feel horrible each visit as if it was MY fault he needed to clean and scrape plaque from my gums and perform other deeds that normally a hygeinest would perform not an orthodontist! Now I am convinced he enjoyed it! At 39 yrs old I still have severe phobias of dentists and it's been years since I'v had a cleaning. I also had to have braces at a later age to correct what this man was paid to do! Not once did my new Orthodontist clean my gums or teeth. Why would he! It's not the orthodontists JOB! Straighten teeth and leave the cleaning to the professionals a-hole Trott! Disgusted! Do NOT let your child be traumatized by this man! Because of my traumatizing experience with Dr. Trott, I now have periodontal disease, and other due to severe fear, and anxiety of dentistry caused by my experience.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. The staff must have not been trained very well.
