Dr. R who works there is absolutely obnoxious, he has no consideration for the patient's time. He was over 45 minutes late and asked me how I was doing and I said that I wasn't happy about the wait. He then asked me what do I want him to do about it. I said usually md's apologize for being late he said if I wanted him to apologize for working. After that comment I told him I am canceling my appointment. Never in my life have a been to a doctor and he has been so rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to this dentist nor recommend that anyone who is interested in good customer service go to this place.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never used foul langua. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
