They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder because it was an emergency appointment which they were able to get me in that day. The staff had to have been the nicest women I have ever met in a medical facility so caring down to earth but very professional, the doctor was amazing, calm explained all my options and made me feel comfortable, I would recommend everyone I know to see Dr Thomas Pizzolo and his outstanding staff, thank you so much for you kindness.
