This was my first visit . I waited over an hour to be seen. I had another medical appointment that I ended up missing because he didn't finish in time. At no time was I welcomed to the practice, nor was I ever addressed by name. There was no apology for making me wait so long, no was there an explanation for the delay. The dentist chastised one of the women working there, right in front of me, for something that was not her fault. This was entirely inappropriate. He did provide the cleaning and exam that I came for, but showed no concern for my comfort during the procedure. I had to ask for an extra towel because cold water was running down my neck. While I was waiting, another patient raved about how wonderful this dentist was, caring and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
