I went Dr. Belkamp office several years ago, as did not wife. I changed employment and had new insurance. They told my wife that they took Blue Cross Blue Shields dental. My wife had a procedure done. Several weeks later we got a bill. When I called to see why they did not file it with the insurance I was told " We do not take BCBS". I was not happy to say the least. I told them I would file the claim. They agreed to wait until I was reimbursed. Dr. belkamp called me a few weeks later and told me I needed to pay this immediately or she was going to file a suit in small claims. I stopped what i was doing went straight to her office and paid it. At that point I was mad. I just found out today that she actually filed the suit and then went back and had it closed as settled. I would NEVER use this office for anything. Keep in mind this was several years ago. I will let everyone know she does not have integrity in her business.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. Jamie Belknap is a very caring and gentle dentist. I also like that she tells you exactly whats going on when she is working.

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
