They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They showed me a 3D model of how my teeth should look after the braces, so I have a good idea of what the results will be. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was amazed at how flexible their financing options were. They were more than willing to work with me, and I ended up having to pay a lot less than I expected. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. But, even more than that their staff was so nice and made you feel like someone very special. My teeth look beautiful and I was well over 50 years old when my braces were put on.
