I don't think I have ever been put on hold by Deschutes Dental or Dr. Phillippe Freeman for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was really nice of them to make sure that all the staff at Deschutes Dental Center and Dr. Phillippe Freeman were so concerned with the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Dr. Phillippe Freeman would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and noone at the Deschutes Dental Center ever pressured me. Dr. Phillippe Freeman and his staff at the Deschutes Dental Center were always very considerate and professional. Dr. Phillipe Freeman and his Deschutes Dental Center offer's the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Thanks for giving me the "PERFECT SMILE" Dr. Phillippe Freeman and your TEAM at Deschutes Dental Center are AMAZING!....I will always refer my friends and family to you....JT

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
