My teeth cleaning was somewhat uncomfortable- But I don't expect that a root canal could ever be absolutely luxurious... I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had not had so many other clients waiting to be worked on... I had to wait quite awhile and have had significant pain since that day in my jaw... I have no idea if this might have been avoidable or not. I appreciate their humor and service and humanity and care very much. Also, They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice- and to hear an entire office staff that is bilingual was lovely. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
