They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They dismissed my concerns and blamed my age (26) for the trouble I had recovering from my wisdom teeth extraction. 6 weeks after, half of my tongue is still numb and I endured two infection of the site.
