I have now been assigned a new dentist for the second time. I like the idea of picking my own dentist, not the other way around. It seems Dr Duhdat is opening many other offices and I rarely see him when I am at the office. Seems as if he is more interested in opening offices than personal attention to his customers. I am on the verge of stopping my business with Dr. Duhdat. I feel like a number and he is trying to build a dental empire. I am not interested in supporting his desires.

I tried this dentist, and they were good for a general cleaning, but they always tried to sell me services and items which I found out later I didn't need, and were a waste of money. They filled 2 cavities that didn't need to be filled, and gave me a fluoride treatment which I was told by another dentist was unnecessary at my age. I had a very bad toothache, and I had a hard time getting an appointment. When I was finally able to get an appointment, I explained to the doctor I was in severe pain, and would be traveling the next week. This was an abscess under a cap. He shaved down my cap, and told me not to chew on that side, and I would be fine. He gave me pain pills and antibiotics, but wouldn't fix the problem. I called back the next day, in even more pain, He still would fix the problem, just tried to shave the crown more. So, I went to another dentist who took me immediately and gave me a root canal. He couldn't save the crown because the doctor at Advanced Dental Esthetics ruined it, and I had to get a new one, and since it was pretty new, my insurance wouldn't cover any of it. The second doctor also told me the infection I had was very severe, and it would have been dangerous to fly with my tooth like that, and I should have immediately had the root canal. Be careful if you choose to use this dentist. I feel like I was pushed into buying things I didn't need, and when I really needed help, they couldn't or wouldn't help me.
