I was sent there by my dentists for oral surgery and a biopsy for a mass in my gums. I had made prior arrangements regarding my insurance and was told that it was accepted there. I was led to believe that I would have the biopsy performed. Instead, they did no work on me.. The Doctor he was "99%" sure it wasn't cancer but that I should still have the biopsy. I am a cancer survivior and nearly died 6 years ago from a saddle embolism caused by cancer / chemo. Sorry, 99% doesn't cut it. Meanwhile after the visit it was explained that my insurance was "out of network". Meanwhile they knew exactly what my insurance was prior to the visit. So I had to pay 125 cash and they did nothing.. No xrays, no relief, nothing..

Terrible experience, my son was supposed to be sedated to remove a tooth, for some reason the sedatives did not work on him, and the Dr. went a head and removed the tooth anyway. He was aware of the procedure, and was yelling and the Dr. stated that he was fighting him the whole time. Not very professional, and no real concern for the well being of the patient. The staff was visibly upset, I don't know why they even started on him if he was still awake. Dr. Cho is not someone I would recommend to my worst enemy.
