Dr. Rao kept trying to convince me to get $500 whitening trays and $5000 Invisalign (even tho my teeth are straight). He told me I had to get my wisdom teeth extracted, but, when I went for a second opinion, I was told that my wisdom teeth are fine. Another thing I didn't like is that the office manager was impatient and rude. The only good thing in this office was the hygienist. She was nice and cleaned my teeth thoroughly.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in.
