the dentist was not very friendly. Iwas there 6 months ago and went back recently went back. he had a different staff. I really missed dr vanellas assistant from my visit 6 months ago. she was so friendly, helpful. she made you feel relaxed. this new girl . not so much.he needs to keep his staff happy so they stay. very disappointed in dr. vanella

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. The dentist and his staff take time to explain all procedures and made me very comfortable. Any questions I had were addressed and explained thoroughly.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
