Office staff is kind however does not return telepone calls when there is an issue. Dr David McFarland does good work. He is a good salesman however misguides you to accquire your business and does not respond if work he has done is not to your satisfaction. Their concerns are not to satisfiy the paying patient. Issues are not resolved. They overcharge to compensate.
