The staff, hygienist, and dental assistant are all great and I've been going there for over 20 years. But I will never, ever return to Dr. Cousins again. She has turned rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. She doesn't listen to what you're saying, makes assumptions and ended up doing an unnecessary procedure because she didn't listen. I left her office in total disbelief of how rude she was and will never be returning.
