They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
