Not a fan of Cypress Creek Family Dentistry. My Wife went to the dentist yesterday because of a chipped tooth. She was told a doom and gloom story...you need a root canal and $1000 in more work done over the next few months.

So we scheduled the root canal. Since the procedure was going to be a root canal she requested nitros to help calm her for the procedure. Using nitro is an extra $75. They get her in the room and immediately put the mask over her mouth and starts pushing the gas. The dentist comes in a few minutes later and looks at the xrays and says we most likely will only need a filling. The good news was that's all that she needed.

A little history...my Wife has had three open heart surgeries and three pace makers. To her, having a couple of fillings done is no big deal. She would have not requested the gas if that is all it was.

So at the front desk its all about the money..."we need payment in full" even before they will take you back. Even if they gave you the wrong diagnosis to begin with. After the fillings were done they would not work with us on the extra charge for the gas. "She used it you need to pay for it" was her response.

Our family will not be returning.
