Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff
