Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office.
I would like to further add that if they confirm an appointment with you and for whatever reason their dentist/orthodontist is not there when you show up, they will not give your child an note stating that you showed up for your scheduled appointment but was unable to be seen. Thus wasting your time that you took off of work and also causing your child to have an unexcused absence. They lack of apology and placing the blame one the scheduling department is an additional reason why you should not choose this dentist office. It could just be the one person that was working that ruins it for the others that typically have excellent customer service.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. Right when I walked in the receptionist didn't say "Hi" or "Welcome" or anything. This dentist is about to loose customers over the rude blonde receptionist. NEVER GOING HERE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE and its all the chubby blonde receptionist.
