I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
