They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I do not agree with the way they do business here. If a customer complains they are not willing to admit they are wrong. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. The dentist had his dental assistant do things she was not qualified to do. I have never experienced so much pain from dental work and then a major infection followed.

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
