I went to them for a crown.They said it would take three to four weeks to get permamnet crown in.They put temp crown in and it fell it out next day.Went back to get it reset ,again it fell out again next day.I called them to get it put back in and they said the tooth would be alright until the perm crown came in.I waited two months and they never called me.After many calls they finally returned a call and gave me some lame excuse that their A/C was broken.That maybe in a couple of weeks.Well after 4 months they finally called me and said come on in.They set the appt for 1pm after two and half hours later they finally call me back to put crown in.They never once explained why it took so long.They seemed liked they didn't care at all.I will never use them again.They are very rude and unprofessional and their work is subpar.

Dr. Duncan is amazing! I had a tooth break, and gave him a call. He was on vacation, but still in the area. He came in even though his office was closed just to pull my tooth. I'm usually very nervous, but he was kind and explained everything. It was the best dentist experience I've had in a long while.
