The staff usually was carefull and DR McClellan delightful, I love this place and quality if the service. Except right now the receptionist they have is an unpleasant person not treating you like a customer, but like a number. I came several time, my wife since many years, i have waited sometimes more than 30 mn without complaining, I understand. Today I was running late for the first time, called them 10 mn past the appointment time to inform i will be there in 10-15 mn. And receptionist told me "too late". You have to reschedule, we have availibility in a month. I mean, that's it?
You will not see me again.
