They need more call takers. It is very difficult to get a live person so that you can make an appointment. They do not answer the phone and do not return calls. Just this morning I have called a total of 5 times and no has answered not have I received a return call. Is this a legitimate business or not. They need to have enough people to take the calls. This sucks and I am going to let my employer know so we can find another provider.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
