When Dr. Smooke needed to adjust my head placement he grabbed my teeth and pulled my head over. There was never a point where he asked me to adjust my head myself or gently moved my neck. I felt like a horse. I sat in the chair with tears in my eyes as he continued to drill after that, and I will never go back.
