They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer (talking about the dentist only 'cause the staff ladies are very friendly) . They were qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I wasn't able to rinse my mouth during my procedure, and it was getting uncomfortable. They sell "stuff" like whitening strips and night guards for about 5 to 7 times the actual price online, VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!
