Cochrane's practice purchased Dr. Moore's practice on Bulverde Road in San Antonio in June 2015. We were told by Dr. Moore's staff that they would honor the fee estimate for braces for my son and that we did not have to hurry and get him started. Well that turns out not to be true. They are denying to honor the written fee estimate and then denied that the staff member ever told me that. UNBELIEVABLE!! It is all about the MONEY. It's one thing to say that you don't want to honor a lower estimate; it's anther to lie about never agreeing to honor it. Find another orthodontist that is HONEST.
